Michael has had a passion for the insurance industry from the beginning, with twenty (20) years of industry experience working with clients at different levels. He has distinguished himself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor. He carved out a career path binding unique skill sets with a laser-like focus on delivering positive, profitable outcomes for his company and clients. He also offers his clients thorough and responsive representation, giving them peace of mind and making them feel genuinely cared for. He works closely with each client at every interaction to gain an in-depth understanding of their risk & needs.

Michael is a happy husband to Kassie & fun-loving father to children Bostyn, Brantley, and Emmry. He enjoys golf, boating, and traveling in his free time. His passions are family, relationships, entrepreneurship, servicing clients, personal and company growth, and keeping life simple.

TJ is excited to embark on this new journey in the insurance industry. With his degree in economics from DePauw University and recent financial background, he is committed to understanding each client's unique needs and offering insurance solutions that protect and add value to their lives. He looks forward to building lasting relationships and positively impacting the insurance world. For the last (15) years, TJ has been serving the local communities alongside his father as Funeral Director in the family funeral business. He is a lifelong NWI resident and resides in Crown Point with his wife and two boys. TJ is a member of Innsbrook CC and enjoys golf, coaching his boys in sports, and spending time with his family.

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in marketing and graphic design and is new to the insurance business. As a client experience manager, she develops processes for each step of the customer lifecycle, online and print. She seeks feedback to improve the overall client experience on behalf of the company or brand. Melissa is married to Sean, and they have two boys, Reilly and Carson. She loves golfing, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends.

With several years of dedicated experience in the insurance industry, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role. A proud graduate of Purdue University, she has cultivated a skill set that ensures exceptional client service. Beyond the office, she enjoys quality time with her spouse and their adorable dog, Kona. Her personal pursuits include immersing herself in good books, enjoying diverse music, and seeking relaxation through getaways to the serene landscapes of Vail, Colorado.
